Who We Are
Yalda Satar, Esq.
Civil Rights & Employment Law Attorney
Yalda Satar is an experienced trial attorney committed to protecting employees' rights in the workplace. She has successfully litigated cases involving sexual harassment, discrimination, unpaid wages, retaliation, whistleblower complaints, wrongful termination, and other workplace disputes. Her approach combines sharp litigation strategy with a deep understanding of the human impact these cases have on workers and their families. At the center of her work is a commitment to dignity, fairness, and accountability for people whose rights have been violated.
Her work is strengthened by her background as a civil rights attorney. Over the course of her career, Yalda led numerous high-impact investigations and lawsuits challenging violations of state and federal laws, including cases involving law enforcement misconduct, excessive force, discriminatory government surveillance, First and Fourth Amendment violations, and religious freedom rights of detainees and incarcerated individuals.
Beyond the courtroom, Yalda has contributed to the legal community through lectures and panel discussions at law schools and community events on criminal justice reform, employee rights, and constitutional issues. She has also worked extensively on policy reform efforts advocating for women's rights within the criminal justice system.
Yalda represents clients through all stages of litigation in state and federal courts and continues to advocate for workers facing unlawful treatment in the workplace.
